Customer Care Specialist (Account Coach)


Job Description

As a Member of our team, you will:

  • Play a key role as a customer care account representative
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by promoting and selling products & services (inbound)
  • Provide customer service and marketing support to existing customer base
  • Coordinate and guide new accounts through closing, setup & activation, and ongoing maintenance processes
  • Document all sales and account activity; maintain & update prospect and customer databases
  • Co-ordinate with co workers and management to solve problems and develop solutions
  • Troubleshoot and diffuse difficult situations
  • Resolve customer service issues with urgency and good judgment while constantly ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Answer customer requests concerning services, products & billing
  • Conduct outbound follow-up service calls as required
  • Provide administrative assistance as assigned

Quality Assurance and Software Test Lead–Temporary


Job Description

Successful entrepreneurial marketing company and leading advisor within its sector is seeking an experienced Software Test Lead for a temporary full time position to test software releases and support new business applications. This resource will need to interact with developers, business users, and management to ensure requirements are fully understood and tested. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with business users and developers are critical to succeed in this role. This is a 6 month full time temporary contract position with potential to turn into a permanent position.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end test planning, functional testing, documentation, and reporting
  • Executing test plans and test cases in staging and live environments
  • Analyzing and documenting test results in Bugzilla
  • Identify quality and performance issues in new features developed
  • Tracking issues by writing clear descriptions in Bugzilla and tracking them to successful closure
  • Responsible for delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a project
  • Responsible for guiding the development team

Skills and Experience

  • Five years or more experience in software testing and/or quality assurance
  • Five years or more experience in all phases of functional, regression, smoke and acceptance testing
  • Experience with Microsoft environment, Microsoft SQL, and relational database analysis
  • Ability to interpret and understand database schemas to ensure database integrity
  • Practical understanding of technology and its application
  • Experience using Bugzilla or other software bug tracking software
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management, business users, and developers
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with little supervision
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
